Top Dawg Roofing provides residential and commercial roofing services, which may include roof inspections, roof repairs, roof replacements, hail and storm damage repair, insurance claims assistance, siding and exterior services, and commercial roofing services. All services are subject to availability, site conditions, weather, and material supply.

Top Dawg Roofing is not an insurance provider, insurance adjuster, or licensed insurance broker. Where we assist with an insurance claim, this assistance is limited to supporting documentation, inspections, and communication related to the roofing work. We do not guarantee claim approval, claim timelines, or any specific insurance outcome. Decisions regarding claim approval rest solely with your insurance provider.

All estimates provided by Top Dawg Roofing are based on information available at the time of inspection. Estimates are not final invoices unless explicitly stated in writing. Pricing may change if additional damage is discovered during the course of work, site conditions differ from the initial inspection, the scope of work is modified at the customer's request, or material costs or availability change. Any changes to pricing or scope will be communicated before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.

Roof inspections are visual and non-invasive unless otherwise agreed in writing. While we strive to identify visible issues, some roofing problems may not be detectable without removing materials or accessing concealed areas. Recommendations are provided based on professional judgment and observed conditions at the time of inspection. No guarantee is made that all existing or future issues will be identified.

Work schedules are subject to weather conditions, safety considerations, permit approvals, and material availability. Top Dawg Roofing is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including weather events, supplier delays, or acts of God.

3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your written agreement or invoice. Failure to make payment according to agreed terms may result in suspension of work, withholding of warranties or documentation, or collection actions as permitted under Alberta law.

4. Warranties
Top Dawg Roofing may provide workmanship warranties on certain services. Manufacturer warranties may also apply to installed materials. Workmanship warranties apply only to work performed by Top Dawg Roofing. Manufacturer warranties are issued and governed by the manufacturer, not Top Dawg Roofing. Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by neglect, misuse, improper modifications, extreme weather events beyond design limits, or third-party work. Warranty details will be provided in writing where applicable.

5. SMS and Email Communications
